Caravan Insurance covers loss or damage to:

• your caravan or trailer tent and equipment
• your personal effects, clothing and luggage, audio and visual equipment and sports equipment, while in the caravan or towing vehicle.

PLUS

Caravan Insurance also covers all of the following:

• the cost of removing your caravan to and from the nearest competent repairer (including repatriation from abroad) and the reasonable cost of disconnection and reconnection of services when necessary.
• the cost of temporary accommodation, or of hiring another caravan, if yours is rendered temporarily uninhabitable.
• loss of hiring charges for booking made before the date of the incident.
• reimbursement of the customs deposit if this is forfeited by order of foreign authority.
• liability to third parties up to £2,000,000 (plus legal costs) any one insured incident, except while your caravan is being towed as this should be covered by your motor policy.

• a) being towed by you or a resident member of your family in the United Kingdom or Ireland, and up to 60 days per year in Europe.
• b) detached from the touring vehicle including when on hire to relatives or friends
• c) being towed or transported by caravan repairers, manufacturers or vehicle recovery services.
  
• Touring Including Hire Use

Covers your caravan while:

• a) being towed by you or a resident member of your family in the United Kingdom or Ireland and up to 60 days per year in Europe,
• b) being towed by hirers, relatives or friends in the United Kingdom,
• c) detached from the towing vehicle including when on hire,
• d) being towed or transported by caravan repairers, manufacturers or vehicle recovery services.
