Broker Direct Assistance.
Broker Direct Assistance has teamed up with
RAC to provide you with a comprehensive breakdown service
at a very competitive price.
RAC, with its 1250 branded patrol force,
ensures your total motoring peace of mind 24 hours a day,
365 days a year.
A special feature of this policy is that
the cover is provided for the vehicle whose registration number
is stated on the policy document. This means whoever is driving
the registered vehicle is covered.
Cover is available for private cars and
commercial vehicles up to 3.5t. A separate arrangement applies
to motorcycles (please call for details).
WHAT DO I DO IF I BREAKDOWN?
Simply call the number stated on your policy
document. You will be asked for your name, address, vehicles
details and the details of your location. We will do the rest.
WHAT IS COVERED?

| Roadside |
One free telephone call will bring
assistance at the roadside in the event of a breakdown
or if the vehicle is immobilised. If the vehicle cannot
be repaired at the roadside, a tow to a local garage will
provided.

| Recovery |
If the vehicle cannot be repaired on
the spot, the RAC will take the vehicle and up to 8 people
to any destination in mainland Britain in one uninterrupted
journey.

| At Home |
The RAC will attend breakdowns at your
home or office. If the problem can't be fixed on the spot,
a tow to a local garage will be provided.
|
| Onward Travel |
In the event that the vehicle cannot
be repaired at the roadside or is immobilised, onward
travel by rail or air, a replacement car or overnight
hotel accommodation will be quickly organised to minimise
disruption. One of the RAC's trained Incident managers
will make the necessary arrangements, deal with any problems
and even passing on any important messages.

In the event of a Breakdown, accident,
fire or theft in Europe, assistance will be provided quickly
and efficiently including: - - Roadside Assistance - Spare
parts location and dispatch - Emergency Hotel accommodation
- Replacement Vehicle - Vehicle repatriation to the UK
- Emergency message transmission - Legal Expenses - Vehicle

This premium is per vehicle and there is no age limit. You
won't be charged more because you have an older car.
