What to do if you have a complaint
Us Brits are usually very good at complaining, the weather, our politicians the state of English football, cricket what have you. We’re renowned for our ability to grumble. Yet for some reason the Financial Conduct Authority feels that we don’t know how to do it properly and so we now have this page dedicated to helping you tell us what we did wrong.
So this is how you can register a complaint about our service:

If we are unable to settle your complaint to your satisfaction you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
