We want to help you get the answers you need. To help us do this please bear in mind.
As a result of Government advice we are splitting our team. Some are working from home, some are still in our office. This means that we have more phone lines than people to answer them. If your call is not urgent please avoid 9am - 10am, 12:30 to 2:30 and 4pm to 5pm. You'll have more chance of being answered quickly mid-morning and mid-afternoon. And we may have to arrange for a call back from one of the home workers to assist you.
If you are calling up to ask what will happen if......? We recognise this is a worrying time but please recognise that the situation is evolving daily. We cannot tell the future and can only advise based on the detail to hand today. If you are wondering what will happen if a lockdown arises the answer is currently "no one can tell". And whilst you are on the phone it means we cannot assist someone with an urgent query, someone who may have just had an accident or other claim.
We will be prioritising urgent calls, people with claims, people who need cover immediately. All calls are important to us but please do recogise this may mean a slower than normal response if your call is less urgent.
Your understanding at this difficult time is appreciated.
